Because of our service for companies ReciCorp, three trainings were successfully carried out at the company's facilities Net point, in the cities of Quito, Cuenca and Guayaquil together with basic waste pickers.
The main objective of these trainings was to educate collaborators about the proper management of recyclable solid waste, regarding the recycling system that was implemented in each of the facilities. The initiative was received with enthusiasm and commitment by Puntonet employees, who recognized the importance of implementing sustainable practices within the company.
ReciCorp is the ReciVeci service for Companies where we design and implement sustainable recycling systems that adapt to the needs of each company, business, etc., linked to the work of basic recyclers. The system includes training for employees of each company to ensure that the recycling system created is implemented efficiently and a true culture of inclusive recycling is created.
In Quito, The training was led by Danny Canchignia, Operations Coordinator of ReciVeci, together with Elvia Endara, the basic recycler of the Association for a Better Future, who educated the company's employees about the new recycling system.
In Cuenca, The training was carried out by Julio Díaz, Operations Coordinator of ReciVeci in Cuenca, together with the basic waste picker María Rosa Zhañay.
In Guayaquil, Josselyn Plúa, Operations Coordinator of ReciVeci in Guayaquil, together with the basic recycler Julio Guerrero, with more than 14 years of experience, were in charge of directing these training sessions.
