Project overview
On April 1, 2023, the first ReciMañana Divertida event was held, a day dedicated to honoring local recyclers who are at the heart of inclusive recycling advocated by ReciVeci. The event saw participation from 160 recyclers, along with their companions and over 70 children, engaging a total of more than 200 attendees in this commemorative day.
Various activities and services were organized for the benefit of the recyclers, including dental and visual health services, clothing donations, beauty treatments, as well as dance therapy, inflatable attractions, and a magic show for children. Participants also received “Cajitas Felices” and snacks, while a football tournament was held, with two teams of recyclers emerging as winners.
The event was joyous and festive, creating a warm atmosphere that highlighted the contributions of local recyclers. With over 200 participants and support from various companies, this event was a success for ReciVeci, demonstrating gratitude towards recyclers for their daily dedication and efforts.
